Ludwig Ng practises mainly in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution. Amongst his various public services, Ludwig is an examiner of the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination, Executive Committee Member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty of the HKICPA (Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants), Member of the Law Society Insolvency Law Committee, and Examiner for Higher Rights of Audience Assessment. Ludwig is a regular speaker for the Hong Kong Academy of Law and other professional bodies. On publication, he is an editor and contributor to the books Reforming Law Reform (Hong Kong University Press), Hong Kong Corporate Insolvency Manual and A Practical Guide to Resolving Shareholder Disputes (LexisNexis).
