This Programme was established in 1999 to enable recent law graduates to gain experience working at the ICJ. Other than learning ICJ’s procedures by actively involving in the routine work, the Programme also allows participants to build on their experience under the supervision of a judge – each participant will be assigned to a judge of the ICJ from September 2021 to June/July 2022. After a careful review of all applications received, the Academy is pleased to nominate two outstanding candidates of Hong Kong to the ICJ for further screening.
