The 20^th Central Bank Conference on the Microstructure of Financial Markets was jointly organised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, which was attended by Central Banker Officers from more than 10 countries including US and Europe as well as academics from US, Singapore, the Mainland China and the Hong Kong SAR.

Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP, Co-Chairman of AAIL, was invited to deliver a presentation with a topic on ‘Technology and Financial Markets’, covering Darwin’s Lens on Markets, the Evolution of Informational Norms, Crises & Regulatory Responses, and FinTech AI & Global Policies.
