The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) hosted an evening talk featuring Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP, Chairman of AAIL. Dr Neoh delivered his presentation titled ‘The Evolution of Arbitration Law’, examining the evolution of arbitration laws in UK, Hong Kong, US, and Chinese Mainland. He highlighted the pivotal role of the UNCITRAL instruments, particularly the New York Convention and the Model Law, in shaping legislation and practices across diverse legal systems.
