Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP, Chairman of AAIL, delivered a lecture at the International Banking and Finance Program of the Lingnan University. Under the theme of ‘The Transformation of the Global Trade and Financial System’, Dr Neoh provided an in-depth analysis of enduring principles to international standards, Hong Kong’s regulatory regime, and strategic positioning for the new financial order.
