Hong Kong is renowned for its long-standing solid legal system, and it has been playing a pivotal role in providing deal-making and dispute resolution services for major corporates and foreign investors as a vibrant international financial centre.

Even it’s been suggested that the business sector has started to consider other jurisdictions over Hong Kong as the place for deal-making and/or dispute resolution.
