Our Chairman, Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP, was invited to deliver a speech at the inauguration of the School of International Rule of Law Studies of the East China University of Political Science and Law. Other than acknowledging the development of the rule of law of China over the past few decades, Dr Neoh also shared the experience of the Hong Kong SAR in this regard, which is of great importance in Hong Kong’s playing a pivotal role as the bridge between China and the world, providing diversified legal services and severing as the international financial, commercial and shipping centre.
