Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP was invited to deliver the keynote speech at the seminar organised by Asia Pacific Structured Finance Association on 14 July 2023, which is supported by the Academy. In the presentation, Anthony brought forth the rules-based international order set up after the Second World War to reconstruct the economies of the world from the ashes of war, the progress made in this effort as well as the challenges ahead and Hong Kong’s unique role in promoting the Nation’s efforts in creating a win-win solution for mankind.
