Jointly organised by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) and the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center, this seminar brought together industry experts, seasoned lawyers, and corporate representatives.

On this occasion, Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP (Co-Chairman of AAIL) and Dr Ma Yi (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center), signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the two professional bodies, expressing mutual intent to explore future collaboration in advancing international arbitration and other dispute resolution mechanisms.

During the panel titled ‘Hong Kong as a Premier Offshore Hub: Business Setup and Dispute Resolution’, Dr Anthony Neoh SC JP systematically elaborated on the development history and importance of Hong Kong’s dispute resolution mechanisms, presenting participants with an encyclopedic overview of the dispute resolution landscape in Hong Kong.
