The 2021 Colloquium on International Law was convened under the theme Development of International Trade Law in the [Post-]Pandemic Era, deliberating on challenges emerged during the pandemic time from the perspective of international law, and also bringing to the fore the unique opportunities lying ahead in the post-pandemic era.

Expert speakers from the academic, legal and business sectors addressed diverse issues pertaining to international commercial disputes with a focus on ‘The Quest for Common Codes in Effective Dispute Resolution’. It is our hope that, the Proceedings shall be beneficial to furthering the studies and research work of international law in Asia and beyond.
