International Rule of Law is a sine qua non of international co-operation and transaction of cross-border business. Focusing on Navigating the Current International Legal Order, the 2023 Colloquium on International Law discussed what an effective international legal order should encompass and how it is to be maintained and strengthened.
Panel (I) examined how the international legal order could bridge international business opportunities and how the threats could be tackled.
Panel (II) focused on regional co-operation which has been supplementing and strengthening the international legal order for peaceful coexistence.
It is our hope that, the Proceedings shall be beneficial to furthering the studies and research work of international law in Asia and beyond.
